Job Description:
Working as a Mobility Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, account penetration, account retention and account growth in an assigned set of accounts and/or territory. The Mobility Sales Team implements solution-based sales strategies that uncovers new business opportunities and manages account growth within the AT&T Mobility Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business within an assigned account base.
  • Sell voice and data solutions to existing customers and prospects, utilizing a solutions selling strategy.
  • Identify data needs through thorough understanding of customer business operations and develop comprehensive data and voice solutions to meet the needs of the client
  • Present professional business proposals
  • Obtain and exceed desired results in account growth, data penetration and revenue targets
  • Build and foster meaningful business relationships
  • Ensure high quality customer satisfaction and retention
  • Incorporate all applicable sales stimulation strategies, programs, and other targeting contacts, e.g. cold calling, prospecting, networking, and market knowledge
  • Submit daily and weekly call reports for prospects and existing account coverage including sales forecast to Sales Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • Three years of Business-to-Business Sales Experience (B2B)
  • One year of wireless sales experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships with business clients and decision-makers
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiating and closing skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Valid Driver?s License, and a clean driving record

  • Knowledge of AT&T Mobility service offerings, systems and infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively as part of a Local Account Management Team
